RF Wildlife
RF Wildlife is a veteran-owned nuisance wildlife control company based in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. For over 16 years, I’ve personally handled every job — from bat exclusions and raccoon trapping to skunk removal and mole control — serving homeowners and businesses within a 30-mile radius. No call centers, no middlemen: you speak directly to me when you call or text 860-510-6313. As a licensed Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator (NWCO #N1102), I follow strict CT DEEP regulations to provide safe, legal, and humane solutions for you and the wildlife.
I work with everything from Raccoons, skunks, squirrels, flying squirrels, woodchucks (groundhogs), chipmunks, poison free rodent removal, mole trapping, wood pecker deterrents, and more. My bread and butter is exclusions for bats and flying squirrels. Providing expert Bat Removal in Branford and North Branford.

My Background & Why I Started RF Wildlife
After serving in the military, I wanted to continue protecting people and communities — this time from unwanted wildlife in their homes and yards. In 2009, I founded RF Wildlife to bring honest, hands-on wildlife removal to Connecticut families.
Unlike large chains or lead-gen sites, I run a small, local operation: no sales scripts, no pressure, no outsourcing. Every job carries my name and my commitment to doing it right the first time — including arriving in an unmarked truck with a handyman appearance so neighbors never know there’s an issue. No logos, no drama, no attention drawn — that’s how I’ve always worked, because privacy and respect matter as much as results.

Certifications & Training
As a licensed Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator (NWCO) in Connecticut, I’ve invested in specialized training through the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA) and other programs to ensure safe, humane, and legal wildlife control. Here are some of my key certifications:
- NWCOA Rodent Standards Certified (2022) — Expertise in humane rodent control, trapping, and exclusion standards.
- NWCOA Goose Damage Management Workshop (July 30–31, 2012) — Trained in managing geese and waterfowl damage issues.
- NWCOA Exclusion Product Installation Certified (October 27, 2023) — understanding of ventilation systems, typical wildlife damage of said systems, as well as the installation of many prefab exclusion products on the market. Learn and get certified on a variety of products.
- Hy-guard Certified installer (2023) Certified to install Hy-guard exclusion products.
- 14th New England Nuisance Wildlife Control Seminar (March 17, 2012, East Hartford, CT) — Attended seminar covering bats, raccoons, skunks, basic wildlife control business operations, and more.
These NWCOA certifications and trainings reflect my commitment to ethical, compliant, and effective wildlife control — no shortcuts, no relocation of rabies vectors, full adherence to CT DEEP regulations. Proud to have been in early NWCOA training classes and to have my work recognized in national materials.
