  4. Show me — Walk me around. Show the bat, the snake, the noise.
  5. I guide you — Step-by-step what to do.
    • If it’s safe to handle tonight? I walk you through.
    • If it’s big or risky? I say “wait — I’m coming tomorrow. Inspection on me.”

No timer. No cutoff. I stay on the call until it’s resolved or you’re safe.
